Bookings and cancellations

- Access begins with screening. Details and payment information are shared only after I accept you.

- A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The remainder is due on the session day. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

- Reschedule with at least 3 days’ notice, and your deposit moves to a new date within 30 days of the original date. With less than 3 days’ notice, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

- Cancelling the session forfeits the deposit. 

- Arrive on time. Lateness comes out of the encounter, not the end of it. More than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.

- If I cancel, you get a full refund within 7 days, or priority rebooking. I don’t owe an explanation.

- I may end any encounter at any time. If it’s because of your conduct (broken limits, recording, intoxication, or details that don’t match your screening), no refund.

- Expenses are separate, agreed before the session, and non-refundable once committed.

- Illness: If either of us is ill, we reschedule at no cost. Please tell me as early as you can and don’t come if you are contagious. One illness reschedule per booking. After that, normal cancellation rules apply.

- Confidentiality is mutual. No recording, no disclosure, no sharing of identifying information without written consent.
